Hi, my name is Anna and if you look at the picture above it might be that I am the girl on the left.
I've evolved from an incredibly intensive Tennis background. You can say that this sport was my very first Love until Yoga came into my life. I started practicing Yoga at the age of 14 with the willingness to face grief and to understand my physical body in a more clearer way. Yoga has taught me patience, resilience as well as how to listen in a loving way.
I love to dance, write, hike, travel, eat chocolate and guide people into their inner world.
In my classes, I will use powerful mantras, pranayama, meditation combined with a juicy mix of Vinyasa, Ashtanga and restorative poses.

Hi, my name is Angie. I am the one on the right, so grateful to be sitting next to sweet Anna.
My first real connection to body movement was as a dancer in my teens. Years later I found yoga initially to rediscover and reunite with my physical body. Eventually, my physical practice became something more meditative, more of a vehicle for me to tap into my emotions and heal trauma.Yoga has opened my eyes to just how intricate the body-mind-soul connection truly is.
I love writing, getting lost in music, traveling and walking on the beach.
In my classes, I pull from various styles of yoga to help you explore and discover new body boundaries.
